Current University of Oklahoma women's coach and 2010 NCAA Coach of the Year KJ Kindler leads us through some drills and progressions she likes to use to teach front aerial walkovers, and specifically front aerial walkovers to two feet, for beam. Melanie Root provided the demonstrations, since she is trying to upgrade this skill for her beam routine. Thanks Melanie and KJ!
