Martha Karolyi talks about how the 2015 Worlds team is shaping up, her thoughts on Simone Biles' performance, and what she wants to see from Gabby Douglas and Kyla Ross in the next month. She also shares the 14 gymnasts who are invited to the Worlds selection camp.

Martha is the USA Women's National Team Coordinator. Her duties include selecting athletes from the National Team to represent the US in competitions, determining apparatus lineups at the competitions and as an overseer of the gymnasts' training, skills and routines. Martha has been the Team Coordinator since 2001 but has said she will step down from her position in 2012.

She is originally from Romania, but she and her husband traveled to the US in the early 1980s to train US gymnasts. She and her husband, Bela, have trained many Olympic gymnasts including Nadia Comaneci, Mary Lou Retton, Betty Okino, Kim Zmeskal, Kerri Strug, Dominique Dawes and Dominique Moceanu.
