Dominique Dawes, a three-time Olympian and member of the gold-medal-winning Magnificent Seven team, shares her insights on adult gymnastics. As part of her work promoting fitness, Dominique visited an adult gymnastics class at her home gym, Hill's in Maryland, last year. Dominique shares what surprised her about adult gymnastics, offers advice to adult gymnasts, and reveals what skill she *almost* threw in a dark dance room in her regular gym, before her good sense interfered!

I think Dom could definitely still do that front aerial! it seems funny that she is has become scared with all the tricks she used to do. I overcame my own fear at the park the other day and did a barani off of a picnic bench at the park. I too am 35 years old and it was just as exhilerating as it was when i was 10. I'd love to take an adult gym class though one isn't offered in Joplin Mo where i live
