@ SD, I agree, i could also watch it a million times. When Im at home watching gymnastics on tv and my boyfriend is sitting next to me and talking loudly w/his friends i tell him to shut up, Beth Tweddle is up next. lol... but yea gotta love this girl, she's 25 and still doing amazing bar work :)

I could watch this a million times and still get a thrill! This is absolutely crazy and amazing! Not only does Beth have the athletic ability to pull off these skills, she also maintains near-perfect form and keeps up the pace so the entire routine has great flow from start to finish. Love her!

Wow - Tweddle is quite the daredevil. I can't even believe how mentally tough you'd have to be to do those skills and combos day in and day out. Especially the high to low release combo with all the twisting - it almost looks impossible. She also makes that dismount (without any lead-up giants) look like child's play. If she could hit handstands in the early part of the routine, she'd be the total package. In any case - what a treat this routine is!

I LOVE all her transitions from low to high and back. Easy easy easy, great variety and originality. I hope she wins.

Beth has the best combination of polish and difficulty in the world right now. I hope she nails this event and set the bar so high that only a truly amazing routine will beat her. She is fantastic.

She is incredibly talented on this event. I felt so bad for her last year when she fell and didn't make event finals, but she looks ready to rock again!

I've seen bar routines with a lot of difficulty that didn't necessarily impress me, simply because they looked like the gymnast was laboring. She just makes it look so frigging EASY -- she just flows from bar to bar without any noticeable pauses or struggles AT ALL. Wow.

Seriously! I totally agree with your statement. She is awesome on bars! in 2008 I remember her having the highest difficulty of 7.8, she is fun to watch with all of her crazy release moves

As an American, i'm always rooting for our girls...but holy crap she is going to put us to shame on this event, esp. since we're at a time when we don't have anyone particularly strong on UB. We look Level 8s next to her.
