This week's gymnastics workout video takes you inside the training gym with the most successful women's collegiate gymnastics program in recent history, the Georgia Gym Dogs. UGA is currently ranked 5th nationally with senior Kat Ding first on bars. Just a few days after this very workout, the Gym Dogs upset the UCLA Bruins at home with a big 197.70 team score.
