* This video was INSPIRATIONAL WOW OF THE YEAR in 2012.

Today's Workout Wednesday features the favorite for the London 2012 women's all around title, Jordyn Wieber of Gedderts' Twistars USA. Wieber is the defending US and World all around Champion and is finally age eligible for her first Olympic Games. Next week, Wieber and the top fifteen US women's elite gymnasts will compete for five spots on the 2012 USA Gymnastics Olympic team.

This workout was filmed May 17 as Wieber prepared for the start of summer competition. Gymnastike takes you inside a morning training with Jordyn Wieber and coaches John and Kathryn Geddert. More to come from Twistars.

You can't help but love Jordan Wieber... I hope she not only wins the Olympics but she gets to go on a date with Justin Beiber as well :)

I am really interested to see if she gets credit for some of connections--specifically her acro series on the international stage. It could come down to little stuff like that...

She is just amazing(: She is defiantly going to be on top this year!! I can't wait to see her at the Olympics!(: Very excited!:*

I actually really like John and Jordyn's humbleness. She's going to be on that Olympic team unless she ends up breaking a bone. I like how they are "concerned" about making the five person team.

Looking good for the Olympics. Looks like Komova, Mustafina, and Douglas are also peaking at the right time so should be a great Olympics to watch. Might come down to who sticks 4.

I love how The Geddarts are all about pacing and peaking. So refreshing!

If Habby Douglas hits...she's got a great shot at coming out on top this year! The US has 3 strong AA this year and Kyla Ross is just starting to find her groove. It's exciting. It's been awhile since the US has been able to send so many AA competitors to the Olympics.

She actually is the favorite, she is the latest World Champion, she is a two-time national all-around champion, actually has only lost one all-around competition she has entered since 2008 up until this point. So yes, she is at this point THE favorite, amongst others, but she is the front runner.

she's not the the favorite for the London 2012 , she's one of the favorites and she has the same chances as a couple of other girls, great chances for sure but saying she's THE favorite is too much
