Megan - I take the adult gymnastics class with Amy at TDG. We do have a coach, his name is Eli. And he is always more than happy to spot whatever you need. You can actually see him once or twice in the video spotting Amy's back tuck on floor. I hope you will consider coming for a visit sometime, you'll be hooked!! I hope that helps a bit with your concerns. :)

Hey Amy! Saw you doing the adult gymnastics class - looks like fun. I'm new to the Dallas area, haven't done gymnastics since club in college (4 years ago) but would love to play around with it again. Quick question - do you all have a spotter? Like if you wanted to work on new skills or were unsure about trying something new? Love the posts! keep it up!
