shreyia - i was excited because a threw it and technically since my feet touched first i did land it but took a major deduction (i ended up with a 12.0)gfefgfeg and anonymous coward - I have been working on this skill so it wasnt brand new, and i had been throwing them into the pit and also in the pit with mats. Theres always a possibility that i can get hurt doing any of my routines, but i knew this was something i could make or at least rotate it to a point where i wouldnt get hurt badly. This is a skill ive worked on for a long time so i know how to do it, just mental block when it comes to competing it was all
personal achievement.. like he said, has never thrown it in a competition.is there something i missed? or does no one read comments before commenting?i think humor is our best attribute when it comes to gym, without it he would have never thrown it. (my opinion)
i've been doing gymnastics for about 10 years. I stopped in 01 and started again in 07. I haven't thrown a tsuk on a mat since 01, havent thrown a tsuk in competition ever, and hadn't practiced tsuks into a pit in about a month or two before this
nope i dont do gymnastics at all, i lost my car keys while watching a meet... so i decided to check the vault runway and springboard... i also though id give the mat a more thorough look
