thanks Jason, yeah it is a bit abbreviated but i felt was a good contrast from the frozen moment of reflection on the podium to being quick and abrupt kinda snapping the viewer back into reality that the time to take a breath and to soak it all in is soon up and more hard work to be done. i don't know that was my take on it, but always appreciate the input my friend! =)
