@mila: yeah you're right... she added the split leap and sissone during the actual event

i thought one had to be with 180°...i am not sure.

@Mila: I think her L turn to Full turn (C+A) fulfills that composition requirement of connecting 2 dance moves together... I maybe mistaken...

Mila 12 months ago

Doesn't she need a connection of two leapds/jumps?

Something to be envied how well she covers up balance checks

I give her full credit for coming so far in such a short time, but she's still not there yet--nothing was properly connected and her head wasn't back at all in her switch ring--granted, that's a warm-up, so I'll hold out for how she looks this weekend in competition.

I am annoyed with how good she is. Lol. Don't appreciate the way she went about the comeback but she's amazing, always will be. USA needs her! :))

Not bad, Nast. Not bad!

Good to see her back but she definitely looks tired or nervous or something. However, that's what warm ups are for. Looking forward to seeing her actually compete.

She looks amazing!

Wow, the comeback kids have worked hard. She has been slimming down by the day - she's tiny. Despite polishing jumps and her increasingly cobwebby hands/fingers/wrists (don't kill me if I say they look like Memmel's on floor!) I'm glad she showed up and is showing her routines. Will be interesting to watch the weekend unfold.

Her form on her acrobatic skills is crisp and clean but her leaps are definitely not there. She almost looks like she is tired or just can't muster any real energy to jump. I don't know--maybe nerves and adrenaline will help but I am not convinced. LOL and I am not being a hater by saying this, I am just saying if she is going to be picked for 2 events, then those 2 events have to be perfect.

Does anyone know what her SV is? Go Nastia! I'm pulling for you! Not bad after 3 years off. Not bad at all!

I'd like to see all the haters do that after a 3 year break....just sayin:)

I'm just so excited to see her!

I probably wouldn't give credit for the connection between the switch half and the onodi. Nice looking skills overall, but I hope that she doesn't get a 14.50 like at Classics in 2009 when she dismounted with a layout...
