Colton is a very demanding coach, and the girls know that he knows what he is talking about, so they better listen to him! haha
Just a note regarding HIS SAFETY: Colton has been in the gym since he was 3 weeks old, EVERY day! He is very aware of the events that take place at the gym, and he knows how to stay out of the way. When he first started wanting to "spot" them, I stood there with him making sure he understood that he cannot step in front of them.
