Why? Sure it is cute to see a litlle kid like this, but I also wonder why kids are competing at this age. It is much too young. Seems like just a way to make money. I also wonder how safe it is for a kid this age to be doing skills where they land on their heads.

She does not need to be competing level 3 - and is definitely not level 3 ready. Give her some practice at level 1 with more basic skills before forcing her to compete in a level she's not ready for.

Three-year-olds competing? What's the world coming to? I've heard a 3-year-old cannot remember to do more than 3 things in a row.

Okay, I tried not to smile, but cracked one at the 0:44 mark when she "sort of fell" off the uneven bar and disguised it as a legit dismount.

Cracked another smile at the 1:51 mark when she did an awesome backflip on the mat. She got one hard head.
