He takes what works from others....now that's a good strategist...he knows he doesn't have to reinvent the wheel. Super Job.

I like what he said about recognizing what other great coaches do, but also being aware of what does and does not fit with your personality as a coach. That's a great point that you can't just duplicate what another good coach does - you have to learn from them, then find your own fit. I think we can all learn a lot from coach Burdette.
