Pre-Valeri Liukin Invitational Workout With The WOGA Guys

This weekend, December 12-14, 2008, WOGA will host its 13th Annual Valeri Liukin Invitational. It's an exciting competition that will bring in 58 different clubs and teams from around the world. Watch as the Sergei Pakanich's group at WOGA train for their upcoming home meet and see what kind of basics the WOGA kids do on a typical basics day.
