This workout was filmed November 13th, 2008 during UGA's pre-season training. The Gym Dogs are coming off their 4th-consecutive National Championship title as a team. Get a glimpse of their training as they prepare in hopes of capturing a 5th-straight title in Suzanne Yoculan's final season.
