Jill HicksCal State Fullerton WorkoutMarch 18, 2009 Cal State Fullerton Head Coach Jill Hicks felt her girls needed a change of pace after 3 weeks in a row of travel. After the threat of being dropped just 3 years ago, they are a program on the rise, and are one point out of qualifying for Regionals. Coach Hicks thought of a fun way to put that into perspective for this workout by asking the girls what each could give back in tenths from the past meet to contribute to that extra point. So, for their workout each girl had to pick out parts of their routine they thought they could "give back", hit them, and for each hit set they would get a point. Each girl needed to score a point for the workout to be complete.
This workout was filmed on Tuesday, March 10th after the Titans had come off of a 193.825 team score. After this workout, they posted a season-high 194.5, so it obviously worked! About Jill Hicks
