Wow, Mack Brennan was the only one who didn't throw her head on the back tuck at the very beginning. Just shows how coaches aren't as strict on technique as they used to be. Not trying to bash the coaches or anything, just saying it's strange that gymnasts of that level have faults with even the easier skills.
They're all great, though! Can't wait to see them all in the future!

i like this gym. practicing more than one vault is important. we don't have many in the US that can do vt finals for worlds because no one ever does two different ones! maybe mack could be that vauluable person one day.

i have to say, after watching these girls in competition, the one to really watch out for is Saril May-- she is the entire package! Wow!

just noticed Mack is training her shaposh from free hip, instead of toe on like most people do it. That is cool!

She has some really nice stuff on bars

Thanks for telling us the ages! That really helps alot! All of them are very impressive for their respective ages. I wish them all the best ... especially Mack at championships!

The little girl in the green leo with glasses is Sierra Hill - 11 yrs old - just finished her level 7 season.

The girl in green - working releases on bars is Emma Villarreal. She is a level 9 gymnast. - Yes, she is awesome!

The girl in green on beam is Sierra Hill. She competed level 7 last year. She's great as well.

Workout Wednesday at Capital Gymnastics

June 30, 2009
This workout was filmed on May 6th at Capital Gymnastics in Cedar Park, Texas. Junior elite Mackenzie Brannan has already qualified into this summer's US National Championships in Dallas, and is training upgrades in hopes of making the US Junior National team.
Saril May competed level 10 this season and placed 11th AA at the Level 10 JO Nationals (Jr A division). Saril has already qualified for Hopes and is training upgrades for elite routines.
