I kinda wonder about someone like Hagerty. He is playing it very smart. Doing the right thing. But still, I thought all the joy in gym was from learning things. And if you're not doing that, what a drag.

Would be interesting to know the names of the guys you saw and then who made team and who didn't. As a fan sport is more interesting if we see winners and losers.

This workout was filmed May 20, one week before 2008 Olympian Joseph Hagerty travels to Germany to compete in the Champions Trophy Series, his 4th meet since Beijing.


Joey's OTC teammates include David Henderson, a former University of Oklahoma All-American and team NCAA Champion, and Andrew Elkind, former University of Michigan team captain.
