Workout Wednesday with the Colorado Aerials Elites

This workout was filmed May 21, right after Kiersten Wang and Maggie Teets returned from Level 10 JO Nationals. Their level 10 teammates were off enjoying their coveted one week off for the year while Kiersten and Maggie were polishing upgrades for their first summers as elites. Kiersten qualified for the US Classic (senior division) earlier in the season, and Maggie hopes to qualify in the junior division this summer.
